Easy steps to set up Class Dojo Class Dojo help desk
Step 1 Sign up
1. Open the app (https://classdojo.com) and select “I'm a teacher” 2. Click on "Create teacher account" 3. Enter your email and create a login password, then tap "Create account" 4. Enter your title, first name, and last name, then tap "Next"
Step 2 Join Your School
1. Click on the "Search for your school" button in the "Join Your School" box on the dashboard 2. Join your school by entering the name of your school, selecting the matching school listing from the school list, and then clicking on "Join this School" 3. If your school is not on the list click "Can't find your school? Add it now.
Step 3 Add or Create a Class
1. Click on the "+ New Class" tile 2. Enter a name for your class, select your class grade level or year, and choose your sharing points preference 3. Click the blue “Create class” button 4. From your new class, click on the “+ Add students” tile 5. Enter a student's first and last name. The easiest way is to copy and paste learners names and surnames from an EXCEL spreadsheet. It can also be copied from a M'S word class list. 6. To finish, you can invite families to join your class or create customized skills!
Step 4
1. Open your class 2. Click on the "Options" button near the top right corner and select "Edit Class" 3. Click the "Skills" tab on the pop-up box Add a Skill: Click on the “+ Add skill" 4. Edit/Customize a Skill: Click on a skill tile and edit the icon, name, or point weight. Then, click "Save" 5. Delete a Skill: Click on a skill tile and click "Delete"
Step 5 Assign positive and negative points (or 'dojos') throughout the lesson.
1. Open your class 2. Click on a specific learner to assign positive or negative points 3. Click on the skill 4. The skill is recorded and the total number of points will appear next to the avatar 5. Negative points will be deducted from the total number of points achieved

Class dojo
Class Dojo is used to manage behaviour in the classroom. Each student has a profile. Teachers can assign positive and negative points (or 'dojos') throughout the lesson. Class Dojo can be used as a school communication platform for teachers, students, and parents. The management of classroom behaviour can be a lot of fun with Class Dojo |
